Accreditation
Enviroguard (UK) Ltd procedures are designed to protect the client, the technician, the environment and the public from accident, injury, damage or conceivable harm.
We persistently strive for excellence and use our international links to help us innovate and keep at the forefront of worldwide best practice. Enviroguard is a member of the British Pest Control Association and we are directly represented on the servicing committee, guaranteeing that we are pro-active in the future development and direction of the industry.
Our aim is not just to meet customers' expectations, but to exceed them.
All technicians are trained to British Pest Control Association (BPCA) Diploma standards and undertake ongoing professional development through in-house and external training courses. They are registered on the BPCA list of professional technicians (BASIS). Food hygiene certification is attained from the Royal Society for the promotion of health (RSH), while further specialisations are achieved through the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA). All our personnel are security cleared and background checked so you can be confident of who is visiting your premises.
Our work is carried out to BPCA code of practice including full risk assessments. We operate in accordance with our accredited ISO 9001 Quality System.
All work is monitored and controlled from issue to completion via GPRS data transfer through our PDA FieldNET system.
