Highlighting our ongoing commitment to quality, high standards and total customer satisfaction, Enviroguard was one of the first pest control companies in the UK to achieve all three industry accreditations in Health & Safety (OHSAS 18001 - recently upgraded to BS OHSAS 18001: 2007), Quality (BS EN ISO 9001) and the Environment (BS EN ISO 140010). These internationally recognised standards help us meet our clients' expectations - and then exceed them.


BS EN ISO 9001: 2000 - Our Commitment to Quality

 

• We have developed policies, procedures and a quality system to ensure that all aspects of our service are based on the needs of the client.

• The implementation of these policies helps maintain our dedication to customer care, our obligation to responsible pest management, and our commitment to quality.

• Customer satisfaction is continually reviewed through an active International Standards Organisation 9001: 2000 quality system. Undertaken in association with our clients, this audits and evaluates all points of service.


BS EN ISO 14001: 1996 - Our Commitment to the Environment

• We adhere to a strict environmental code of practice, constantly reviewing all company procedures and training. We have established ourselves at the forefront of efforts to reduce pesticide application through the use natural and preventative measures, and through the use of hi-tech, non-chemical procedures.

• Our commitment to the environment was highlighted when Enviroguard became one of the first pest control companies in the UK to achieve a certified ISO 14001 Environmental Management accreditation.

• A combined programme of preventative solutions and the application of the latest technologies enables our clients to enjoy pest-free surroundings with minimum impact on the neighbouring environment.


 BS OHSAS 18001: 2007 - Our Commitment to Health & Safety

 

• Our directors and management team view the welfare of their employees, clients and the environment as the most important aspect of the business.

• All Enviroguard procedures are designed to protect the client, the technician, the environment and the public from accident, injury, damage or conceivable harm.

• The basic principles of Health and Safety are the identification of the hazard - the potential to cause harm; and the reduction of all associated risks - the likelihood to cause harm.

• Demonstrating our commitment, Enviroguard achieved Occupational Health and Safety Standard 18001 by March 2004.

• BS OHSAS 18001 provides the company with a proactive structured process to ensure that all potential hazards have been considered and measures implemented to prevent any problems.
